I’m the heart and hands behind the lens—an artist, a mum, a storyteller, and someone who sees beauty in the real and the raw. My work is about connection, emotion, and creating art from your everyday magic. This space is a little window into who I am and why I do what I do—so pour a cuppa, settle in, and get to know the person behind the camera.
I’m always chasing feeling—inside my frames and out. Lately, I’ve been inspired by moody lighting, slow mornings, and music that gives you goosebumps (live gigs will always have my heart).
I used to style dreamy Airbnbs, and I still find myself drawn to beautiful spaces that tell a story—give me textured walls, linen sheets, and a view, and I’m in heaven. I’m feeling the pull to travel again, to take my camera somewhere new and let the surroundings shape the story.
Outside of photography, I’m inspired by film, poetry, interiors, wild weather, and the ordinary magic of everyday life. This page will grow and shift with me—like a scrapbook for the soul.
Come back anytime.
I’ve always been drawn to the quiet, in-between moments—the ones that happen when no one’s trying too hard. Maybe it’s because I know what it feels like to hold on tightly to fleeting seasons. I became a photographer because I wanted to create something that lasts longer than the moment itself. Not perfect pictures—but honest ones. The kind that feel like memory.
I spent years as a single mother, moving through life with one hand holding my son and the other building a future for us. That time shaped me. It taught me resilience, presence, and how to find joy in the mess. Then, not long after, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Everything paused. I lost my hair, my sense of femininity, and at times, my footing. But I also found softness. Strength. A deep appreciation for the ordinary moments—the kind we so often overlook until they’re gone.
My work is about honoring those moments. The tiny gestures, the big feelings, the realness. I spend time getting to know the people I photograph—learning what love looks like in their world. Then, during our session, I move gently, observing more than directing, and letting connection take the lead. I look for emotion, for stillness, for chaos. For truth.
Before photography, I worked as an interior stylist—often in beautiful Airbnbs, drawn to light, texture, and the way spaces hold stories. I still carry that sense of visual storytelling into everything I do. And these days, I’m feeling the pull to travel again, to take this work on the road, and keep creating in new and meaningful places.
This isn’t just a job for me. It’s personal. It’s soul work.
And if you’re someone who values connection over perfection, and wants to remember your life as it really is—I’d be honoured to tell your story.
Editing, for me, is where the emotion settles into the frame. It’s where the story starts to feel like memory. My style is nostalgic and artistic—soft tones, deep feeling, and a little bit of mood. I’m inspired by old family photo albums, sunlight on skin, grainy film, and the kind of imagery that feels like it could live in a shoebox or hang in a gallery.
Every session is different—because every story is. I edit intuitively, letting the energy of the day guide the final feel. Was it wild and joy-filled? Slow and tender? Full of chaos or calm? I lean into that. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all preset, and I won’t change my editing style based on client requests—because the way I edit is part of the art you’re hiring me for.
If you’re drawn to emotive, honest imagery with a timeless, artful feel—you’re in the right place.
Ready to tell your story? I’d love to hear from you. Let’s connect and create something beautifully honest together.
